For those of u that don't know whats wrong with me..... look up TMJ....I think
thats wat its called...
I thought it was just a jaw problem.. but then we got into the whole everything is connected crap! >.< which ment that my jaw was connected to my neck and my neck was connected to upper back......(no duh) >.< which turned out they were all tense..... very..... mostly my left side... but i think it has to do with my backpack..... It made my left side work harder becuase i carried it on my right side... *why does everything have to be connected* *if one thing is screwed.... everything else is tooo!* X.x
Anyways... yeah that my problem........................


Today I started my physical therapy, and i was scared. >.<
But the only thing they did was sorta massage my neck.....
But.... this one spot hurt like hell!!!!!!!!
On a scale of 1 to 10..... i'd pick 8...
yep.. it hurt.....
But my jaw is a little better now.......
Yeah.... first therapy session went well.
except for the pain... X.x
